We are looking for a Business Analyst who can join us for 3 - 4 months, with the possibility of long-term cooperation.

About the project: 

A leading brand that offers smart service workflows and innovative solutions for efficient enterprise AV systems management. With their comprehensive product integrations and extensive documents, the company is committed to delivering the lowest time to resolution for any integrated system. Their state-of-the-art technology provides single-panel visibility, allowing users to identify and prioritize contextual alerts to gain valuable insights into devices and root causes for targeted action.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or a related field;
  • Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban);
  • Experience working with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and translating them into functional specifications;
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC);
  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to troubleshoot and propose solutions;
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello;
  • Upper-intermediate (B2–B2+) level of English.
 

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in the Audio/Video management systems projects;
  • Understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations;
  • Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum certifications).
 

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements;
  • Defining and prioritizing user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria;
  • Ensuring requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with business goals;
  • Managing changes to requirements and assessing their impact on the project;
  • Working closely with product owners, project managers, developers, and QA teams;
  • Facilitating workshops, interviews, and discussions to understand business needs;
  • Acting as a bridge between business and technical teams;
  • Analyzing existing business processes and identifying areas for improvement;
  • Working with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements;
  • Ensuring that the proposed solution aligns with system capabilities and constraints;
  • Identifying potential risks related to business requirements and system changes;
  • Assessing and documenting the impact of new requirements on existing processes;
  • Collaborating with PMs and stakeholders to mitigate risks;
  • Maintaining and creating documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and user stories;
  • Ensuring all documentation is up to date and accessible to relevant teams.
